Fluorescent polymer nanocomposites of silsesquioxane cage-based anthracene (An-PSQ) and pyrene (Py-PSQ) were obtained by cross-linked polymerization of octavinylsilsesquioxane (OVS) with 9,10-dibromoanthracene or 1,6-dibromopyrene, respectively.
